Start with once.
The hardest part is getting started, so make the choice to get started and do it as soon as you can. Don’t lose the momentum you have created by wanting to get a little fitness on. Get going now!
After you go once, try to do something the next day too. Two days in a row…that’s a new fitness streak!
Start doing something, make it consistent, then make it frequent. Start with once, but don’t wait too long to do it again.
